TERMS OF USE AND SERVICES
INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Terms of Service for Red Sea Quality website and any associated services. This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between, Red Sea Quality Diving Company the owner of redseaquality.net (the“Site”), and you (“you”, “your” , “user(s)” or “client(s)”), a user of the Site, Software, and Service.

Throughout this Agreement, the words “Red Sea Quality,” “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to our company, Red Sea Quality Diving Company and our Site, Software, or any Services, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. Your ability to submit or transmit any information to the Site and Service, including but not limited to text, photos, pictures, comments, designs, data, or videos will be referred to as “Content” throughout this Agreement

By using our Site, Service or any Software you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. We may amend our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy and may notify you when we do so.

If you do not agree to the Terms of Service or the Privacy Policy please cease using our Software, Site and Service immediately. Users of our Service must be 18 or above. If you are under the age of 18 please stop using our Site and Service immediately.

Red Sea Quality has developed the Site and an online booking system (the “Online Booking System”) which enable individuals to browse and book (the “Booking”) accommodation and diving services provided directly by Red Sea Quality (the “Diving Center”), including dives or diving packages, guided tours, diving safaris, courses, and equipment rental (the “Services”).

By browsing, accessing and using the Site and by using the Online Booking System, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

OUR SERVICES

Redseaquality.net acts solely between you and the Red Sea Quality Diving Company and through the Online Booking System enables you to make a Booking directly with the Diving Center, and:

Booking created through the Online Booking System will constitute a direct contract between you and the Diving Center in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Booking, including but not limited to fees, costs, charges and taxes, and any cancellation or no-show charges (the “CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Information displayed on the Site is based on information provided by the Diving Center.
We do guarantee that the information is reliable, accurate, complete, and free from errors.

Redseaquality.net may ask customers to comment on all aspects of the Services, and may post such reviews on the Site.

Prices

All rates and prices listed through the Online Booking System include the entire cost for all services and charges related to the Services, including but not limited to all surcharges, taxes.

Availability

Services displayed on the Site are available for booking and subject to confirmation within 48 hours upon completing the booking through the Online Booking System, and:

For Services expressed in units other than days, the Diving Center reserves the right to confirm availability on specific dates within the date range upon receiving the booking request. In the event that the Diving Center has limited availability during the date range specified in the booking, the Diving Center agrees to notify you immediately about the availability on specific dates within the date range so that you may plan accordingly or make alternative arrangements.

Payment

All fees, costs, charges, and taxes with respect to Services are payable to redseaquality.net and Red Sea Quality Diving Company in the currency indicated in the booking confirmation. Once a user makes a booking using the Online Booking System regarding to the booked service whether have to pay a deposit or not and depending of the percentage of deposit the user will pay the rest of payment” if there is a rest
of payment” in the Diving Center

CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy is extend and a part of our “TERMS & CONDITIONS”

Which declares the terms and policy for any cancellation to any “service” provided by Red Sea Quality “The Diving Center” and booked with the Online Booking System on redseaquality.net. You have to accept this terms and policy of cancellation to book any service online.

CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT

 

Cancellation by the user “Client” can be approved only by one of this two ways:
1- From his account on redseaquality.net by logging in and cancel the service.
2- Or by sending an email from the email he used in the booking to info@redseaquality.net providing his “Booking Number” and “Booking Pin Code” which are generated and sent to him after the booking process on redseaquality.net.

After the cancellation is approved the User “Client” will receive an email from info@redseaquality.net to confirm the cancellation.

Refunds If Client Cancelled A Service:

1- In case of that the cancellation by the user “Client” approved and he had paid a deposit:

  • 1 A-Cancellation of Snorkeling tours, Discovery Scuba Diving and Daily Diving:
    • 1 A 1-More Than 24 Hours before the tour starting time ( time is calculated according to the time zone of the Diving Center located in Egypt UTC/GMT +2 hours ):
      -The deposit will be full refunded except if there any fees for transmitting the money back to the client (deposit minus the fees will be transferred).

 

  • 1 A 2-Less than 24 Hours before the tour starting time (time is calculated according to the time zone of the Diving Center located in Egypt UTC/GMT +2 hours):
    -The deposit will be charged by a 15 USD per booking “will be calculated to the paid currency of the deposit” and the rest value will be refunded to the user except if there any fees for transmitting the money back to the client (deposit minus 15 USD minus the fees will be transferred).

 

  • 1 B-Cancellation of Diving Courses:
    • 1 B 1-More Than 24 Hours before the tour starting time (time is calculated according to the time zone of the Diving Center located in Egypt UTC/GMT +2 hours ):
      -The deposit will be full refunded except if there any fees for transmitting the money back to the client (deposit minus the fees will be transferred).
    • 1 B 2-Less than 24 Hours before the tour starting time (time is calculated according to the time zone of the Diving Center located in Egypt UTC/GMT +2 hours):
      -The deposit will be charged by a 30 USD per booking “will be calculated to the paid currency of the deposit” and the rest value will be refunded to the user except if there any fees for transmitting the money back to the client (deposit minus 30 USD minus the fees will be transferred).

 

  • 1 C-Cancellation of Liveaboard ” Diving Safari “:
    • 1 C 1-More Than 90 days before the tour date:
      -The deposit will be charged by a 25% from the total trip amount per booking “will be calculated to the paid currency of the deposit” and the rest value will be refunded to the user except if there any fees for transmitting the money back to the client (deposit minus 25% from the total trip amount minus the fees will be transferred).

 

  • 1 C 2-Less Than 90 days before the tour date:
    -The deposit will be full deducted.

 

2- If the client booked within pay in place offer there are no cancellation fees.

Throughout this Agreement, the words “Red Sea Quality,” “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to our company, Red Sea Quality Diving Company and our Site, Software, or any Services, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. CANCELLATION BY RED SEA QUALITY

Red Sea Quality “the Diving Center” reserves the right to cancel the booked service through the Online Booking System on redseaquality.net at any circumstances as a result of acts of God, volcanic eruptions, tornado, tsunami, flood, natural disaster, fire, acts of war, riots or failure to pay the final balance of the service.
Red Sea Quality will return full payment to the client but with no compensation.

PRIVACY POLICY

Welcome to redseaquality.net (“Site”). This Privacy Policy, like our Terms of Service, is an integral part of using our Service; therefore you must completely agree to our Privacy Policy in order to use our Site or Service. You must be over the age of 18 to use our Site, Service or Software.

You will not be required to provide us any information when you visit our Site. However, in order to use our booking Service, we will collect information such as your name, email, phone and country

NON-IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

Whenever you use our Site or Service, we may collect non-identifying information from you, such as your IP address, interactions with the Site and Service, query information, location, referring URL, browser, operating system, cookie information, usage, data transferred, and Internet Service Provider. Without a subpoena, voluntary compliance on the part of your Internet Service Provider, or additional records from a third party such as your wireless provider, this information alone cannot usually be used to identify you.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will never sell or transfer any personally identifiable information to third parties without your consent. However, you agree that we may use your information:

  • To enhance or improve our users experiences.
  • To provide our Service to you.
  • To email you newsletters and correspondence.
  • To contact you and to respond to inquiries.
  • To use anonymously as behavioral and statistical data for marketing and internal purposes.

Additionally, we may give your information to law enforcement if we are compelled to by a court order, if there has been a violation of any US laws, EU laws, EG laws or if a violation of the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy has occurred.

Red Sea Quality will return full payment to the client but with no compensation.

THIRD PARTY ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

Although you are entering into an Agreement with Red Sea Quality to disclose your information to us, we do use third party individuals and organizations to assist us, including contractors, web hosts, and others such as Google Analytics.

SECURITY MEASURES

We take reasonable attempts to protect your information by using SSL certificates and PCI/DSS compliant hosting. However, as this is the Internet, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information. For this reason, we recommend that you use anti-virus software, routine credit checks, firewalls, and other precautions to protect yourself from security and privacy threats.

AMENDMENTS

Like our Terms of Service, we may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will modify the date listed on this Agreement or we may contact you. You must agree to the amendments as a condition of your continued use of our Site and Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using our Site and Service.
